  • A special ceremony was held at an Industrial Zone in Myanmar’s capital Yangon on Sunday as Myanmar donated 200 tons of rice to the epicenter city of Wuhan in central China’s Hubei Province. The donation aims to help support China in its battle against the novel coronavirus and deepen the friendship between the two countries.Speaking at the event, Aung Htoo, Vice Commerce Minister of Myanmar, noted the virus spread has been well-controlled in China and said he believed the Chinese economy would soon recover from the impact of the epidemic.”I think the epidemic is a signi>cant challenge to China, and I believe China will certainly defeat the disease.
